Yellowbee

A referral hiring marketplace, solo-built and shipped.

Candidates arrive through people who already vouch for them, so the first screen is a recommendation rather than a résumé.

  • Referrer, candidate, and employer flows in one product surface.
  • Payouts held in escrow and released on a placement milestone.
  • Matching pass over role requirements before anything reaches a recruiter.
  • Designed, built, deployed, and supported by one person.

GTM agent

Daily automated lead sourcing and dedup.

A scheduled agent assembles the day’s outbound list, then removes everything already in motion before a human sees it.

  • Runs on a fixed daily schedule with no manual trigger.
  • Pulls from several sources and normalizes them to one record shape.
  • Dedup across company, domain, and prior contact history.
  • Output lands ready to send, not ready to clean.

Resume pipeline

LLM structured extraction behind an idempotent API.

Unstructured documents in, typed records out, with the same input always producing the same stored result.

  • Schema-constrained extraction with validation before write.
  • Idempotency keys so retries never duplicate a record.
  • Failure paths captured for review instead of dropped.
  • Batch and single-document requests share one code path.

About

I grew up in Kazakhstan and started out in operations, running a fleet of around a hundred vehicles and the safety program for a $40B construction project at Chevron. Now I live in San Francisco and build software: hiring products, sourcing agents, and data pipelines. The through line is the same, which is finding the part of the work that shouldn’t be manual and making it not be.
